Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be required to pay the full amount of your session. Clients who have a positive COVID reading within 24hrs of their scheduled appointment will be required to reschedule no sooner than 14 days after positive COVID reading. You will be required to pay the full amount of your session which will be credited towards your rescheduled appointment. All notifications must be made via email. We will not accept cancellations made by anyone else other than you. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” You will be charged the full price of the scheduled session for their “missed appointment". Clients that are late for their scheduled appointment time will still be granted the remaining time of their session. Your session time will not be extended, and your session will end on time so that other clients following your appointment are not penalized. If you have a card on file with us, you authorize Chakras Royale to charge your card for the session if you break any of the policies of Chakra Royale Holistic Wellness LLC.
